What ingredients are used in your candles?

All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to provide safe, eco friendly products that are cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and never tested on animals. Our candles are made with an all natural coconut blend wax, cotton wicks, and a blend of complex fragrance oils that consist of natural and man-made materials.

I absolutely love the jars used, can these be repurposed? 

Yes, absolutely! Our unique vessels can be reused in many different ways. Place the vessel on a baking sheet in your kitchen oven on the lowest heat setting, dispose melted wax in the trash can, pop the wick out, remove the labels (or soak off), and wash vessel with warm water and dish soap. Easy right?

Where do you ship?

Great question! At this time, we only offer shipping throughout the United States. 

What if my tracking information does not show any updates?

An order's tracking status may take up to 72 hours to update after a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 72 hours, please let us know.

Can I return or exchange my product?

At Room Esscentials, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If your order arrived damaged, please include photos and a detailed description in your email to roomesscentials@gmail.com within 48 hours of your product arrival date, and we'll get started on your replacement product ASAP.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
